Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
We’re seeking a mid-level civil litigation associate with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in complex civil litigation matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique trial-focused environment and wants significant courtroom exposure managing cases from inception through motion practice, discovery, and trial.
Early and meaningful responsibility with real case ownership
Direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys
Exposure to complex, high-stakes civil litigation
Opportunity to build strong courtroom and trial skills
Collegial, boutique environment focused on quality advocacy over volume
3–5 years of civil litigation experience
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management
Deposition and hearing experience preferred
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment
