Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialistwill be joining our growing CRO Team within the Marketing function and will
Take Responsibilityfor driving an effective CRO roadmap across our digital platforms to help validate new initiatives, approaches and optimisations in improving our user journey’s.
Working as One Team, you will collaborate effectively with both the business and technical teams to understand business requirements as well as customer/user needs working closely with UX, and effectively feeding test ideas in to the CRO strategy.
