About You

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Bridebook, you will have a unique and influential role in shaping the future of our organization. Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing activities to partnering with hiring managers in fulfilling their hiring needs and requirements. As our first Talent Acquisition hire, you will have the opportunity to create our processes and help lead the charge on global initiatives, projects, and more. What you will do

  • Own and manage the end-to-end hiring for assigned roles
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing/research strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent
  • Partner and manage stakeholder expectations, guide hiring teams through the recruitment process, providing resources and training when needed
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience and improve processes throughout the full candidate journey, from application, interview coordination, through to offer negotiation by being responsive, helpful, and a great advocate throughout the process
  • Responsibility and involvement in a variety of projects, which could include Employer Branding, Interview Training, Reporting, Benchmarking, DEI strategy and others

What we are looking for

  • Expertise in talent sourcing techniques including social media channels, online specialised resources and conferences to map and shortlist skilled and high-caliber talent
  • In-house or agency environment
  • Several years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience engaging with and successfully closing candidates
  • Experience using an ATS, and generally a tech savvy individual
  • Experience hiring at volume for Sales, Account Management, Customer Service teams
  • Using analytics and market insights to advise recruitment approaches and drive business outcomes
  • Partnering with the People and Culture team to create a cohesive approach to hiring decisions and onboarding 

    Great if you can offer this, but not essential

    • Experience hiring for product and technical roles
    • Experience hiring for multiple markets with different language requirements
    • Experience in driving D&I initiatives
    • Additional European languages are a plus

    • We do not offer a fully remote position and would love to see in our office at least once or twice a week
    • £500 yearly Learning and Development budget, as well as 'buy a book' budget for everyone to further their growth
    • 20 days of annual leave, and additionally, 3 days company wide Christmas shutdown. With each year of service, you will also get an extra days of annual leave (up to 5 max.).
