We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs (microservices) using Java, Spring Boot.
• Responsible for Back end, front end, end to end delivery for data management.
• Ability to Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Redux if/when needed.
• Work across POD’s and carry out development activities.
• Focus on end user capability across target state micro frontends 
• Being a part of Agile POD, proving production supporting to application on Rota basis
• Build and maintain positive and objective relationships with IT stakeholders, business operations teams, stakeholder programmes of change, Product Owners and POD members.
• Optimize build pipelines (Maven, CI/CD) and promote automation for quality gates.
• Troubleshoot production issues via logs, traces, metrics, and Kubernetes events.
• Collaborate with architects, Product BA, QA and DevOps to refine designs and SLAs.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Primary skills: Java11(& above), Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, CSS, Java Script, Rest API, JSON
• Experience with RDBMS databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Familiar with: PostGreSQL, Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure), Application Security, Deployment CI/CD: Jenkins, Ansible
• Experience of project delivery using Agile & DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Nexus, SonarQube, CheckMarx, Confluence and Jira
• Good understanding of the Financial Services industry and building security technology
• Good understanding of application security & Secure Coding Practices
