As a Product Delivery Manager in Secure Insights: Innovative Intelligence at JPMorgan Chase, you will enhance and optimize the way data products are delivered to customers and internal stakeholders.. You will play a pivotal role in Data Governance, and Authentication & Identity, ensuring each product line achieves successful, compliant, and timely implementations. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way, while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

 

This role supports the full spectrum of Secure Insights data products, including Data Governance (ensuring oversight, compliance, and data quality), Innovative Intelligence (driving analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence), and Authentication & Identity (enabling secure, scalable authentication identity data frameworks). The Product Delivery Manager will coordinate across these domains to address resourcing gaps, streamline delivery, and ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and engineering leads to deliver high-impact solutions that support the firm’s modernization and digital transformation goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the delivery of foundational data products that power analytics, security, and customer experience across the enterprise.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for Data Governance and Authentication & Identity, including dependency management, release management, operationalization, and performance reporting.
  • Drive completion of change management activities across all product lines, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing and effective stakeholder engagement for each product area.
  • Create and implement solutions that enhance product delivery and customer experiences, leveraging AI/ML and analytics to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and guidance to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with product owners and engineering leads to address resourcing gaps and ensure delivery consistency across all domains.
  • Oversee product and platform-wide release management, ensuring seamless deployment and operational readiness.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and functional coordination.
  • Ensure robust documentation, knowledge transfer, and support handover for all delivered solutions.
  • Support the integration of external data sources and new technologies to enhance product capabilities.
  • Champion best practices in data governance, analytics, and Identity to support the firm’s strategic objectives.
 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, data governance, analytics, or Identity domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities across multiple product lines.
  • Strong understanding of delivery processes and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
  • Focus on enhancing and optimizing customer and stakeholder experiences, with the ability to understand and tailor solutions to diverse needs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements, embracing new technologies and methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex product portfolios.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, risk management, and data quality assurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, data governance, analytics, and Identity ; Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and their application in product delivery.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures ; Experience integrating external data sources and driving innovation in data products.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to data, analytics, and Identity ; 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and alignment across multiple product domains ; Experience with stakeholder management and executive reporting.
