About the Role:

 We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven professional to join our Software Asset Management (SAM) team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience administering OneTrust platforms and strong expertise in Software Asset Management. Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro is highly desirable. This position plays a pivotal role in project execution, complex problem solving, and strategic IT asset governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the OneTrust platform for compliance, data privacy, and risk management use cases.
• Support and enhance SAM processes including license compliance, optimization, and software lifecycle management.
• Drive and manage project deliverables: lead backlog grooming, story and spike planning, prioritization, and sprint execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex technical and process-related issues across systems.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert for software asset and privacy management practices.
• Provide impact analysis, budget estimations, and sizing recommendations for SAM and privacy-related initiatives.
• Utilize system and problem management tools to analyze and respond to incidents, exceptions, and recovery situations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation within SAM and OneTrust domains.

Requirements

• Proven experience administering the OneTrust platform.
• Strong background in Software Asset Management best practices and frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro (highly desirable).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
• ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge.
• Experience integrating SAM tools with CMDBs, procurement systems, or compliance tools.
• Background in software vendor audits or license reconciliation activities.
