Copilot Product Manager

The Role

As the new Copilot product manager, you will be responsible for accelerating Sage Intacct's product strategy needs for AI-powered Copilot and delivering to all of our customers across the globe. Hundreds of thousands of users rely on Sage Intacct to manage their ledger records and financial reporting. CoPilot will take their experience and insight to the next level. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, other product teams, UX design, customer usability, documentation, support, marketing, and sales to ensure the product meets our customers’ needs and expectations.

A successful candidate will also have an opportunity to shape the direction of the product by creating and managing the product roadmap designed to deliver continuous value and delight to our customers. You will have a laser focus on customers, working to ensure that the solutions exceed their expectations by making sophisticated business processes easy to learn and use for organizations of all sizes, both domestic and international.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for Copilot across multiple applications, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Product roadmap: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business impact. Prioritize features and other development projects in collaboration with product leadership to achieve business results
• Cross-functional interactions: Strong leadership skills working with people from different departments together toward a common objective. Collaborate on product solutions to drive the fastest time to solution
• Market research and usability: Track user, industry trends, standards and competitive offerings in the markets, as prioritized by senior management
• Through market and user research, define product value for various transaction types and financial reporting capabilities to build winning solutions.
• Analyze user feedback and data to optimize the product usability.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Documentation and communication: Write detailed user stories and requirements that are necessary for the engineering organization to implement new value driven Copilot solutions. Use available data and research to understand target customer’s needs and current market’s sweet spot and clearly articulate these needs in the feature stories for Copilot.
