Co-Pilot Collaboration Engineer is responsible for consulting, designing, developing, configuring and deploying modernized Microsoft 365 solutions for our Federal business. The candidate must have experience with Office 365 and should be able to articulate business transformation with Co-Pilot and using the Microsoft Cloud.  Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to engage clients, drive business and assess needs are critical.

Responsibilities

·       Deliver Co-Pilot enablement workshops based on technical assessment of individual client needs.

·       Drive development of modernization opportunities using M365 technology including collaboration, organizational change management perspective opportunities

·       In person presentations, primarily in the DMV area

·       Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance and automate tasks within a specific context, such as software development, data analysis, or Microsoft 365.

·       These engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions, often using large language models (LLMs) and other advanced AI technologies. 

·       Configure, manage and deploy M365 in multiple cloud tenants and ideally GCC environments

Requirements

·        Demonstrate knowledge of best practices utilizing SharePoint and the Microsoft technology stack

• Working familiarity with the Microsoft Azure platform, including Azure AD

·        Communicate advanced knowledge of Office 365 collaboration stack: experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Groups, OneDrive and Teams planning, implementation, migration, security and governance

·        Knowledge of PowerShell including Microsoft Office 365 native modules and community modules such as PNP and PowerShell

·        Ability to interface with clients with technical ability and professionalism

·        Demonstrate knowledge of Application Architecture best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, architectural and systems engineering

·        Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical personnel

·        Ability to successfully work on and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, either independently or within a small team

·        Understand enterprise scale systems built on Microsoft technologies, both on-premises and cloud-based environments (GCC)

·        Experience migration of file shares, SharePoint and cloud-based file repositories to Office 365.
