Data & Analytics Training Specialist

As our new Data & Analytics Training Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of data and insight led change, collaborating with business and central data teams to democratise data and analytical capabilities through the Enablement workstream of our Data Strategy.

What you’ll be doing:     
 

• You’ll engage, collaborate and build relationships to establish and grow the data and analytical community at Jet2.

• You'll develop and deliver data and analytical training, through e-learns, facilitated sessions and curating pathways within our analytical training platform.

• You’ll develop and advocate best practice through guidance, templates and showcase solutions related to data literacy and capability-based training.

• You’ll provide user management, monitoring, and reporting to track users through their learning journey.

• You’ll ensure engagement and alignment with wider data and L&D services to foster a One Team approach to Data & Analytical Training.
   

What you’ll have:   
 

• You’ll be familiar with L&D concept and approaches, with a passion for education.

• You’ll understand the different ways people learn and how to maximise value from content delivery.

• You’ll be a people person who enjoys working with others to collaborate, solve problems, provide support and share learnings.

• You’ll ideally be familiar with data and analytics, and recognise its value in a modern business.

• You’ll be creative, curious and adaptable, able to think holistically and always willing to learn to develop solutions to fit a broad range of needs and required outcomes.
