Fujitsu T&V is committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions and unparalleled performance. In our pursuit of excellence, we are establishing a TIPS Centre of Excellence for Automation Testing and are actively seeking an experienced leader to drive this initiative forward.

Position Overview:

As the Centre of Excellence for Automation Testing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in championing automation testing practices across our organization. This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust automation testing background, strategic vision, and the ability to build and lead a highly skilled team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Establish and lead the Centre of Excellence for Automation Testing, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of automation testing professionals, fostering their growth and development.

Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for automation testing, aligning it with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define automation testing goals and deliverables.

Process Improvement:

• Define and implement standardized automation testing processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance automation testing practices based on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Tool Selection and Management:

• Evaluate, select, and implement automation testing tools that align with organizational needs and goals.
• Ensure the team is proficient in using and maximizing the capabilities of selected automation testing tools.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to integrate automation testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other Centres of Excellence and teams to share knowledge and promote a culture of excellence across the organization.
