They’re building an AI system to assist and augment physicians — think intelligent agents that can reason, evaluate, and support healthcare decisions in real time. It’s not research — they’re shipping.
Here’s where I think you’d thrive:
Remote-first team with an optional SF office
$200K–$300K base + strong equity
You’d be building and scaling AI-driven workflows end-to-end — not infra ops, but product-focused AI
Stack is right in your lane: React, TypeScript, Node.js, LLMs, Langchain, vector DBs, SQL/NoSQL
You’d work directly with the co-founders and have the ability to shape the architecture and core systems
They’re specifically looking for someone who’s led product development at early-stage companies, ideally with founder DNA or strong technical ownership.
