We’re seeking an experienced Cyber Technologies Lead to support the rollout and optimisation of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, with a primary focus on Saviynt.

Working in the security technologies team, you’ll be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and efficient IAM solutions using Saviynt’s cloud-based identity governance and administration (IGA) platform. You’ll act as the technical expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure that identity governance and compliance requirements are met while aligning with the overall enterprise security strategy. In addition to this, you’ll work as part of the wider technology team picking up other security tooling.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the end-to-end design and architecture of Saviynt-based IAM solutions ensuring they align with organisational security policies, regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Providing strategic direction on integration of Saviynt with other enterprise systems such as HR, Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow and SAP
  • Supporting the development and configuration of Saviynt connectors for integration with third-party applications (cloud and on-premises)
  • Designing scalable, secure IAM solutions to support identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD) and user provisioning/de-provisioning
  • Monitoring and enhancing Saviynt configurations to ensure compliance with the organisation’s identity governance framework
  • Working closely with vendors, third-party integrators, and Saviynt’s support team to resolve any technical issues related to the platform
  • Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in IAM technologies, specifically Saviynt product releases, patches, and upgrades

What you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management with hands-on experience working with the Saviynt platform
  • Deep knowledge of IAM tools, technologies and protocols e.g. Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID etc
  • Strong experience with identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access control (RBAC) models
  • Proficiency in integrating Saviynt with various identity sources (HR systems, Active Directory, LDAP, etc.) and enterprise applications (SaaS and on-premises)
  • Familiarity with financial sector regulations (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS) and experience ensuring IAM programs comply with these standards
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and programming languages for Saviynt configurations (e.g., Java, Groovy, PowerShell, SQL)
  • Good analytical skills to identify and address complex IAM challenges including balancing security requirements with operational needs
  • Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are preferred

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
