Title: Managing Consultant AI Governance and Regulation
Location: London/Manchester/Glasgow
Job Description:
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Leadership: proven leadership experience in AI regulation and governance, demonstrated by your roles in industry, government, or professional services.
- Technical: Extensive expertise in strategy, data/AI governance and AI/machine learning. Proficient understanding of AI, machine learning algorithms, data science concepts, and their applications in business. Proficiency in creating technical documents such as policy drafts, guidelines, and compliance reports.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide strategic guidance on AI governance to senior leaders.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, honed through interactions with government agencies, industry partners, and internal teams.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to represent the company in discussions on AI governance and deliver training sessions, to upskill both internally employees and clients. Strong ability to communicate complex AI and regulatory concepts to a non-technical audience, both written and oral.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI governance, contributing to a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
