Join our dynamic team at CGI as a Cybersecurity Client Engagement Manager, where you'll lead innovative initiatives that drive client success and strengthen cybersecurity resilience across industries worldwide.

This role is part of a managed services contract, requiring a strong focus on service delivery excellence, performance management, and continuous improvement. As an Engagement Manager for an IT Services Organization, you will be accountable for ensuring that all services are delivered in alignment with contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs), while fostering trusted relationships and driving strategic outcomes for our clients.


Your Future Duties and Responsibilities

As a Cybersecurity Client Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Lead client engagements from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals, contractual obligations, and KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client cybersecurity needs and develop tailored strategies to address them.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Oversee the execution of managed services contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms, SLAs, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on service performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions and services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client security posture and expand service offerings.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss upcoming projects, and provide strategic updates.
  • Prepare and present engagement reports and project outcomes to clients and senior leadership.
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to advise clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure resource allocation and timely execution.
  • Track and analyze client engagement metrics to inform business decisions and improve service delivery.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop proposals and pitches for new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on account status, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Advocate for client success throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role

·       Minimum of 15 years of experience

·       10+ years of experience in Program Management

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or engagement leadership, preferably in a cybersecurity environment.
  • Experience managing managed services contracts, including performance tracking and KPI reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short turnarounds.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
