Job Description

Role Purpose

The engineer will be working as a part of the virtual pre-sales organization to design and deliver customized solutions to meet our customer’s business needs. 
Primary focus will be on the technical solutioning and proposal generation for Sports, Media, and Entertainment, Retail, Hospitality, and Transportation verticals.

· Maintain a current expert knowledge of VisionEDGE and adjacent products and services;
· Maintain a working knowledge of competitors’ products and services and of emerging trends in the Large Public Venue and Retail industry as a whole;
· Maintain a working knowledge of industry standards to leverage interoperability advantages of our solutions;
· Create sales proposals and Quotations:
· Hands and Feet (cable pulling, deployment and commissioning, break fix support on site)
· Network (BOMs and Quotes)
· Video headend (BOMs and Quotes)
· Displays and screens (BOMs and Quotes)
· Servers, Data Centers, and Hosting
· Third party integrations (BOMs and Quotes)
· Develop and deliver sales presentations in concert with the sales team;
· Effectively demonstrate our solutions and support evaluation/PoCs:
· Provide on-site and remote assistance to customers for hand-off and support during pilots. (This may involve configuration of VisionEDGE DSD, working with Cisco networking equipment, and Video Head-end equipment from third party manufacturers, etc to help customer complete the success criteria checklist)
· 30% travel in territory.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
