As a Software Engineer, you will help design and develop the Programmatic vertical’s self-service dashboards, calculators, and aggregated reports which our clients use for optimizing their advertising campaigns.  You’ll be part of a small, focused, team getting things done.  You should be eager to learn new technologies and collaboration is key.  This is a chance to be a technical leader in a project area that is the company’s highest revenue stream.

What you’ll get to do:

Hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation for programmatic dashboards and reporting applications

Contribute to new programmatic reporting initiatives

Help choose the best technologies to solve problems

Work with Product Management to ensure that all programmatic reporting requirements are met

Mentor junior developers as the team grows

You should apply if you have most of this experience:

2+ years of recent hands-on Java experience

Strong knowledge of collections, multi-threading, JVM memory model, etc.

Great understanding of designing for performance, scalability, and reliability

Understanding of full software development life cycle, agile development, and continuous integration

Experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, etc.

Git and Jenkins

Understanding of full software development life cycle, agile development, and continuous integration

Experienced in Agile methodologies including Scrum

Ability to effectively communicate with your peers

What puts you over the top:

Prior Ad-Tech experience

Worked with AWS services such as S3 and SQS

Knowledge of Docker or similar container platforms

Experience with MySQL, Snowflake, Looker
