Business Analyst

Title : Business Analyst 

Location : Reston VA – Hybrid

Must have : Loan servicing business knowledge, mortgage

Your future duties and responsibilities
Data Analysis: Gather requirements for defining business events, scope, schema, working with impacted stakeholders to refine, review and validate payloads. This is going to be one of the most important skill sets.
Product Ownership: Collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and features.
Business Analysis: Understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable product specifications.
Project Management: Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are me.
Good communication skills.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
​8+ years of relevant experience
Must have listening and communication skills.
Must be able to ask questions to gain understanding.
Must be very comfortable with complexity.
Must be able to gain understanding of relationships between processes.
Must be able to write and run SQL queries to understand data and data relationships.
Must be able to write detailed specifications for the vendor.
Must be able to do testing.
Must be willing to learn enough about a technology to understand the processing and communicate with the vendor.
Must be comfortable with production support.
