We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This role will offer the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and legal matters, providing invaluable support to our clients and team.

Responsibilities:
1. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring that their legal rights are protected and that they are informed of their obligations and responsibilities.
2. Working closely with insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements and resolve claims efficiently.
3. Collaborating with medical providers to understand the extent of personal injuries.
4. Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and settlement agreements.
5. Conducting thorough legal research.
6. Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the state bar in good standing.
3. Experience as an attorney, preferably in personal injury law.
4. Exceptional communication skills.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
6. Proficient in legal research and writing.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a keen attention to detail.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
