We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our Activation team. In this role, you'll bring our brand and commercial priorities to life across our e-commerce platforms, driving engagement and growth through our owned digital channels.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of key owned channels including email, on-site content, SMS, and SEO, while also supporting our retail partners. You'll work closely with creative teams to develop compelling, customer-first content that resonates and drives performance.
This role suits someone with a strong background in brand or digital marketing, who thrives in collaborative environments and uses data to inform decisions.
You'll see the direct impact of your work as you grow on-site traffic, improve engagement, increase conversions, and strengthen SEO performance across our digital ecosystem.
Digital Marketing Execution & Campaign Planning: Lead the strategy, planning, implementation, and optimisation of digital marketing across e-commerce platforms and retail partners. Drive acquisition and retention through segmentation and personalisation across owned channels, with a focus on email, on-site content, SEO, merchandising, and SMS. Ensure all content aligns with E-E-A-T principles and builds web authority.
Collaboration: Partner with activation teams and commercial managers to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer journey.
Technology & Data: Work with e-commerce, IT, and tech teams to enhance the on-site experience. Support the implementation of third-party tools and services to improve customer journeys and enable deeper analytics (alongside CRO).
Retail & Partner Support: Provide expertise and support to retail partners across on-site content, SEO, and email marketing.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Track, analyse, and report on channel and content performance. Use insights to optimise traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and set KPIs across owned channels.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets, including tracking and forecasting.
Team Management: Lead and develop a team to ensure both individual and business objectives are achieved.
Proven experience in brand or digital marketing, ideally with a focus on content and/or email marketing
Strong track record in collaborative campaign planning, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with confidence in data-driven decision-making and strong commercial awareness
Customer-centric approach, with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour
Experience with CMS and digital tools (e.g. TeePee, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce CMS, WordPress)
Exposure to Customer Data Platforms, with the ability to support personalisation and journey optimisation
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360, GA4, or Adobe Analytics
