This role to provide leadership and technical expertise across the SERP systems ecosystem. Achieving operational targets and continuously evolving alongside Gymshark as we implement SAP Retail.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SAP S/4HANA ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Lead SAP-related projects including upgrades, module implementations and integrations.
Manage a small team of System Administrators, providing clear direction, roadmap delivery and coaching/mentoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and delivery SAP solutions that support business processes, now and into the future.
Curate and manage lasting relationships with 3rd party suppliers, including regular touchpoints as well as contract and SOW reviews.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues, investigating to root cause and designing lasting and scalable resolutions.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, architectural diagrams and user guides.
Proven experience managing SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA Public Cloud)
Strong understand of SAP modules supporting Core Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement.
Experience in project management and delivering SAP related initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
Experience in Agile methodologies and approaches.
Support the wider engineering teams as the SAP subject matter expert. Advising throughout ideation/ design phases as part of Agile practises to build collaborative, robust solutions.
