About the Role
This position exists to play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 (M365) corporate environment. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of M365 services, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of our global IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing advanced M365 solutions, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Security & Compliance features.
Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient M365 solutions.
Leading migrations and upgrades of M365 services, ensuring minimal impact on end-users and business operations.
Providing third-level support for M365-related incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain a stable and secure environment.
Staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and Microsoft 365 updates to recommend and implement improvements.
Requirements
Experience in Change management .
Experience in Program installation and troubleshooting
Possess advanced knowledge of operating systems, databases, and virtualization technologies.
Experience in system recovery procedures.
Experience with M365 migration projects, including hybrid environments.
Demonstrate PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration tasks
Experience in configuring and managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services
Be able to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
