Join our team as a Senior Product Technologist, Womenswear Sleepwear, where you’ll play a key role in delivering market-leading products that set us apart on the high street.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical development and specification of our sleepwear range, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality, fit, and performance. You’ll lead on driving innovation while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and ethical standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Working closely with design, buying, and supply chain teams, you’ll manage the end-to-end technical process—from concept through to final production—ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence at every stage. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering products that not only meet customer expectations but exceed them.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
Work with the Fit Development Studio, fit specialists, buying and design to deliver relevant blocks and seasonal trends incorporating customer feedback in the development. Including Sourcing Offices and suppliers where relevant
Critical path - ensure all technical deadlines are met in line with BU critical path and continually working to optimise Leadtime whilst maintaining product technical standards
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
Experience of briefing and specifying direct design sourced product, working with Buying and Design teams to create Tech Packs
Ability to manage departmental data and leverage M&S systems to enable strategic reporting
