We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President  Global Banking Operations support

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor providing structured thinking, insights, and recommendations on business strategy, growth priorities, and operating effectiveness
  • Take measures to translate broad strategic objectives into clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and execution roadmaps for leadership teams
  • Take measures to prepare high-quality materials for executive reviews and global stakeholder forums—ensuring clarity, narrative coherence, and strategic depth and maintain the business management cadence for the Front Office Capability Centre—annual plans, quarterly priorities, OKRs, and performance dashboards
  • Step in to manage calendar, travels and stakeholder visits/ meets for the MD as and when required and  central point of orchestration between the MD and key internal stakeholders—global CIB leadership, regional heads, control functions, and capability center leaders
  • Monitor execution against strategic initiatives, proactively flag risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and drive timely course correction
  • Enable seamless coordination across front office, risk, finance, technology, and operations to ensure front-to-back alignment and  governance forums, leadership reviews, and steering committees—ensuring decisions are well-documented, actions are tracked, and outcomes are delivered
  • Build credibility and trust across senior stakeholders through strong judgment, discretion, and business acumen and enable MD-led client and business initiatives by preparing insights, opportunity assessments, and strategic narratives
  • Take measures to institutionalize client-centric thinking within the capability center-connecting delivery teams to real business needs, client outcomes, and revenue impact and act as an extension of the MD to drive critical, cross-cutting initiatives—from transformation programs to operating model evolution
  • Support leadership effectiveness by enabling focus, prioritization, and clarity—freeing up MD bandwidth for the highest-value decisions and relationships

To be successful you will:

  • 8–12 years of experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Banking / Capital Markets / Consulting / Strategy / Business Management roles
  • Strong exposure to front office environments or closely aligned roles (product, coverage, markets, or client-facing strategy)
  • Prior experience as Business Manager or similar role supporting senior leadership is highly desirable
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom out to the big picture and zoom in to execution detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft crisp executive narratives.
  • High levels of judgment, discretion, and maturity when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills—able to influence without authority.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and complex organizational structures.Highly organized, execution-oriented, and relentless about follow-through
