What You’ll Do Lead from the front: Guide, support, and mentor a team of developers while remaining actively involved in coding, debugging, and system design. Own the technical vision: Collaborate with architects and product leaders to define a clear, forward-thinking technical roadmap. Engineer for scale: Design and implement cloud-native solutions using .NET 8, AWS/Azure, and modern engineering practices. Champion best practices: Promote continuous integration, test-driven development, secure coding, and event-driven architecture.
