- Get trained remotely. You’ll learn everything you need to start your career in banking services. Learning from experts from mthree who have decades of experience, you'll be taught the technical and soft skills that organizations really need. - Join a mthree client for 12-24 months while receiving support and salary increases every 12 months.

What you’ll learn at the mthree Academy:
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading and financial regulations.
- The inner workings of investment banks, from sales to back office processes.
- The full trade lifecycle; risk; regulation and compliance.
- Business analysis, data analytics and project skills.
- How to recognize and combat the exploitation of financial services companies as a vehicle for specific types of financial crime.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related field of study
- 1 to 3 years of experience in KYC/Quality Control, Due Diligence, Client Onboarding, Compliance or a similar field
- Understanding of relevant AML/KYC documentation requirements, bank policies, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of requirement applicable to KYC, including The USA PATRIOT ACT, OFAC, and FinCEN regulations
- Have a control mindset, detailed orientated, and a desire to take ownership of objectives and drive results
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- VBA and PowerBI a strong plus.
- Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Knowledge of the English is required. French and Spanish are a plus.
