Salary: $20 - $30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metals
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to complete jobs accurately
• Select and install tooling, adjust machine settings, and ensure precision alignment
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
• Perform rework or fitting adjustments on pieces that fail inspection
• Handle and move materials safely, occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards

You should have most of the following:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a press brake or similar CNC machinery
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs
• Experience in sheet metal, food processing, or sanitary manufacturing industries preferred
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining quality and accuracy
