Overall Purpose of the Job

  • To effectively lead and manage the on-site ResLife teams, enhancing the student residential experience by ensuring a continuous provision of support, promotion of a harmonious living environment.
  • To provide a consistent approach when dealing with all welfare and disciplinary matters in accordance with University regulations and other legislation.
  • To oversee the delivery of the ResLife programme to all residents by the ResLife team, ensuring an all-inclusive and diverse calendar of events is achieved with maximum participation.
