To be successful in this role, you must have
Basic understanding of test automation concepts and frameworks
Familiarity with a programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript) for test automation
Basic knowledge of frameworks Selenium or Cucumber
Basic experience with API testing tools such as Postman
Understanding of version control systems like Git
Ability to execute automated test scripts and report results
Basic SQL knowledge for simple database validation
Experience with test management tools like JIRA
Understanding of software testing fundamentals and test case design
Ability to follow test plans and procedures
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn new testing tools and technologies
Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
