This role is at the centre of the transformation in the Commercial Function. We have created a central pool of project management expertise with an aim to drive the transformation in the commercial function faster while developing agile ways of working. The successful candidate will be part of a team of 5 Project Managers who will each be assigned a transformation project, deliver it, then move onto the next project. The role will provide broad overview of the commercial function, the end-to-end operation of the food division and exposure to senior stakeholder across the business. We are looking for someone who want a career in project/programme management, likes to work in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, enjoys new challenges and being part of a team.

What you'll do.

Lead and deliver transformation projects for the Food Group, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.Build and maintain strong relationships across Foods, Retail, and suppliers, driving effective communication and engagement throughout the change journey.Identify dependencies, risks, overlaps and long‑term impacts of change initiatives, ensuring effective sequencing and minimising change overload.Develop and manage all core change deliverables, including change impact assessments, training needs analysis, engagement plans, and communication plans.Ensure sustainable change by defining measurement processes, embedding changes into BAU, and working with Internal Communications to maximise reach and effectiveness.

What we need from you.

Strong project management capability, with excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.Confident, clear communicator who can engage and influence at all levels while building strong, trusted relationships.Collaborative standout colleague with effective people‑management skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality outcomes.Highly analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.Proficient user of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with a drive to succeed and continually improve.
