About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll apply your expertise to drive improvements across complex digital journeys, particularly within the online sales and customer experience space. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology - helping to shape website enhancements, improve user journeys, and ensure changes are delivered seamlessly across front‑end and back‑end systems.
You’ll play a pivotal role in a value stream focused on delivering and enhancing online product journeys across multiple segments. With a significant pipeline of upcoming UI/UX and website development work, this role offers exposure to technical challenges, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
