A brilliant opportunity to join and lead the team right at the heart of our Beauty experience.
Our 1,500 Beauty Crew give personalised, unbiased advice to customers in store every day, and our field team support them and their leaders with training, motivation, guidance and challenge. This role requires nationwide travel and will be field-based. You will lead this field team, right across the UK.
You will lead this field team, right across the UK. Spending 3-4 days a week in store, you will be an inspirational leader who knows what your team need from you and how to support their growth.
Your will set high expectations for our Beauty service, and drive consistency of execution across the country.
You will think creatively, challenge and innovate to ensure your team have what they need to deliver effectively every day.
In addition, you will be a key voice in the development of the Beauty Crew proposition, using your detailed knowledge of the in-store reality to help shape the future customer and colleague experience.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
5+ years of experience in field retail training or field retail business management roles
2+ years of Beauty retail experience
Proven experience of leading large teams towards challenging goals
Outstanding communication, motivation and coaching skills
Experience of using commercial data to build an effective plan, with delivered results
Must have full UK drivers licence, and be excited to spend the majority of your time across the country in our stores.
Experience of supporting and engaging senior leaders
Expertise in makeup artistry, and the science of skin and haircare
