As a Product Manager, Vice President in Global Private Bank, you will lead the development and optimization of our AdTech and Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions. You will be responsible for driving product vision, roadmap, and execution to enable seamless digital marketing, data integration, and personalized client experiences and utilize your background in ad technology, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Collaborate and develop relationships with marketing, data, engineering, and external vendor teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance campaign performance and client engagement, establishing and communicating clear delivery timelines and KPIs.
Educate partners on Customer Data Platform utilization and align to robust engagement platform strategies.
Articulate audience creation through Customer Data Platform for first- and third-party data, including lookalike audience activation.
Understand data structures and audience attribution for deeper personalization.
Act as a subject matter expert on developing rule engines for engagements across multiple digital channels.
Drive the maturity of engagement strategies and understand customer behaviors and how interactions influence channel activation.
Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across all ad tech and Customer Data Platform initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Proven track record of delivering successful Ad tech and/or CDP products and managing MarTech solutions, such as marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools.
Strong understanding of B2C financial services sales processes, customer journey mapping, and lead generation strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, data management, and personalization strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Familiarity with major CDP platforms (e.g., Adobe, Segment) and ad tech solutions.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices.
