Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementations across our Finance, Spend, Governance, and Care sectors in the UK. You will manage projects end to end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Working closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors, you will coordinate multiple projects, develop clear plans, and ensure effective resource allocation. You will identify and mitigate risks, provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with UK regulations including GDPR.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Birmingham HQ, with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office 1–2 times per month, as required.

• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

• Experience in project management, preferably in software implementation projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, Agile) is desirable.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in the Finance, Spend, Governance, or Care sectors in the UK is highly desirable.
