Job Title: Technical Product Manager
Overview: Client is seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to oversee a diverse range of high-impact initiatives within client organization. This role will focus on managing a robust project backlog, maintaining roadmaps, providing quarterly updates, and enhancing internal training resources. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical product management, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Backlog Support & Initiative Management
- Manage a backlog of approximately 30 high-impact initiatives, focusing on discovery, problem framing, and gathering cross-functional insights to prepare projects for steering committee prioritization.
Roadmap & Project Updates
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to keep an up-to-date project roadmap, tracking progress and communicating key updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure project information is clear and accessible, and escalate any risks or blockers as necessary.
Quarterly Reports & Internal Training
- Assist in the development of quarterly "win" reports for presentations to senior leadership, capturing program highlights and key outcomes.
- Support the enhancement of training and enablement materials for internal tools tech teams to improve planning standards and the delivery of impactful initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical product management, enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Netsuite, CDP), consulting, or internal tool development.
- Familiarity with project management best practices, with demonstrated interest in backlog management and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven experience in leading stakeholder discussions, delivering project updates, and clarifying expected outcomes.
- Expertise in identifying root causes of complex technical issues and developing precise technical requirements.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to translate customer insights into team and project objectives.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fintech industry experience is preferred.
