As an Analytics Solutions Associate in our Data and Transformation team, you will promote innovation and efficiency in our analytics and reporting capabilities. Data and Transformation team to drive innovation and efficiency in our analytics and reporting capabilities. This role focuses on the development, enhancement, and support of data visualization and analytics platforms, leveraging tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for automation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Develop, enhance, and support data visualization and analytics solutions using Qlik Sense, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and SQL.
2. Maintain and support existing infrastructure, processes, and analytics platforms.
3. Implement automation solutions to streamline data workflows and reporting processes.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and drive business value through data.
5. Work on enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives for current tools and processes.
6. Apply analytical and out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex business problems.
7. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
8. Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in data strategy, data management, analytics, or finance transformation roles.
2. Proficiency in Qlik Sense or Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or other data analysis languages.
3. Experience with cloud data platforms such as Data Bricks or AWS.
4. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau).
5. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

1. Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is a plus.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, preferably with a financial or analytical discipline.
