To strengthen AND's position as a leader in cloud engineering, we are seeking an Principal Engineer (hands-on Architect) to lead client engagements and expand our engineering capability. This pivotal role requires a balance of leading on client, driving the engineering practice proposition in the local market, and deepening our partnerships through genuine technical expertise. You will work closely with AND's global engineering practice team and local leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

- Hands-on Mindset: You are comfortable leading engagements from the front, whether embedded directly in a customer team or guiding AND engineering teams. You bring a bias for technical delivery and are ready to roll up your sleeves when it matters, helping teams succeed.

Your Technical Fluency:
You lead by example. While your primary focus is client delivery, you maintain the technical depth required to guide engagements end-to-end from initial architecture through to production and operational run:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Mastery: You have a deep architectural understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, with a specific focus on integrating Power Platform and Finance & Operations or CE into complex enterprise landscapes. You are adept at extending Dynamics functionality through custom Azure-hosted services and implementing robust integration patterns via Azure Service Bus or Logic Apps.
- CMS and Digital Experience Platforms: You bring extensive experience in architecting and implementing modern Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly within "headless" or decoupled environments. Whether working with enterprise platforms or lightweight API-first solutions, you can guide clients through the complexities of content modeling, multi-channel distribution, and the seamless integration of CMS data with front-end frameworks and downstream business logic.
- Azure Experience: You possess in-depth expertise across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, adopting cloud-native approaches like serverless and event-driven architectures, and managing diverse Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) workloads. Your approach is strongly guided by the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and the Well-Architected Framework (WAF).
- DevOps Practices: You are fluent in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration, with hands-on experience across a broad technology range.
- Security & Governance: You understand Zero Trust architecture principles and have practical experience with compliance, FinOps, observability, BCDR, monitoring, logging, and SIEM.
- Architecture Design: You produce clear, considered architectural documentation, HLDs, LLDs, ADRs, and can lead solutions workshops, articulating complex ideas confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Hold, or be willing to achieve, relevant solutions-focussed certifications (Dynamics qualified, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar).
