As an Operations Relationship Manager within Investor Client Management (ICM) Team, you will focus on fostering relationships with specific clients, identifying opportunities for support, growth, and partnership that align with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve informing and connecting clients to our firm across pre and post-trade operations, providing insights on anticipated client activities and requirements influenced by market structure and regulatory changes. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing comprehensive solutions for cross-product client requirements to promote new business opportunities.
Investor Client Management (ICM) primarily operates across Markets, Securities Services, and other businesses at J.P. Morgan. It is responsible for managing the firmâs strategic relationships with priority clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, insurers, and public sector entities. Markets Operations provides operational support and controls management across all asset classes including equities, fixed income, currencies, and commodities. Investor Client Management - Operations Relationship Management (ICM ORM) is a collaboration between Investor Client Management and Markets Operations, with teams in Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Americas.
