How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they
do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Responsibilities
• Support analytics for offer strategy, personalization (PZN), CMV, and lending/growth treatments
(Loans, Line, Pricing).
• Leverage closed-loop Amex data to improve targeting, arbitration, and decisioning.
• Conduct CMV, performance, and Test & Learn analyses to inform marketing and growth decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and analytical outputs; synthesize insights for business partners.
• Partner with Marketing, Decision Science, Finance, and Technology teams to support execution and
optimization.

Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, decision science, or a related quantitative
role.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (advanced
degree a plus).
Technical / Functional Skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark; exposure to BigQuery preferred.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and basic experimentation concepts.
• Exposure to machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, trees, clustering).
• Familiarity with GenAI tools for analysis and productivity; agentic AI exposure is a plus.
• Experience working in big-data / cloud environments
