Python & AI/ML Developer

As a Python Low Code Developer - Team Leader in the Operations team, you will develop intelligence automation solutions using python and AI/ML model. Your role will involve gathering & analyzing requirements, translating these requirements into process improvements, executing and implementing automation solutions for operational efficiencies.

Job responsibilities

• Strong coding knowledge of Python and basic to knowledge of AI/ML models.
• Review and understand business requirements, then determine feasibility of development.
• Undertake scripting and development of requirements in coordination with the business, in accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk and control guidelines. This includes raising relevant requests, performing QA and UAT testing and documentation. 
• Ongoing coordination and communication with the business and appropriate technology teams, to ensure on-time completion of project as per requirements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide technical trouble-shooting on current and existing builds.

• Support queries related to development and implementation of Super users and conduct awareness sessions within Operations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Intermediate to Advance level knowledge of Python
• Basic to Intermediate level knowledge of AI/ML
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ year of experience and a proven ability to gather/analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Understanding of basic software development principles 
• Basic knowledge of intelligence automation applications and other coding languages such as UiPath and PEGA

• Beginner level skills with an understanding of business analysis, development, testing, and deployment
