JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties: Develop and implement business intelligence tools, advanced analytical models, and data analysis to enhance credit card offerings, optimize customer experience, and drive product design and strategy. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns to inform strategic decisions, such as determining which benefits to offer, assessing campaign performance, and conducting customer segmentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, finance, and engineers to integrate data-driven insights into product development and marketing strategies. Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate models, ensuring that credit card products meet customer needs and comply with control and regulatory requirements. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 2 years (24 months) of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics, Data Scientist, Application Developer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics, Data Scientist, Application Developer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Manipulating and analyzing datasets using SQL and programming languages such as R, Python, or Julia to derive insights through exploratory data analysis; Creating and interpreting technical documentation and metadata to communicate designs, analyses, and procedures to stakeholders; Maintaining analytical tools or code; Creating datasets and end-to-end machine learning models using ETL, data modeling, and statistical analysis for predictive analytics and segmentation; Developing business intelligence tools and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
