In this exciting role, you will:
Support the design and delivery of innovative reward initiatives and lead key projects focused on colleague benefits, recognition, and wellbeing.
Create engaging communication plans that resonate with our colleagues and align with our overall Colleague Promise.
Manage system testing and ensure smooth delivery of changes to our benefits offerings.
Oversee budget management and collaborate with our Events team to deliver engaging recognition events.
Advocate for our Total Reward offer, ensuring all initiatives are fair and consistent.
A genuine passion for benefits and wellbeing, with a focus on enhancing the colleague experience.
Experience in HR/reward, particularly in designing and delivering colleague benefits and recognition.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively across various levels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven project management experience, including budget oversight and team coordination.
Experience working in a retail organisation.
A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
A continuous improvement mindset with great attention to detail.
