You will encompass Range, Location and Operational insights, focusing on our Test and Learn capabilities for trials evaluation. This opportunity is for those of you interested in supporting Boots in implementing business solutions from your analytical thinking and capability.
You'll be supported in the role by a diverse team of experienced peers and leaders as you meet the evolving requirements of the retail and pharmacy analytics environment.
If you're a problem solver, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excited by taking on responsibility and looking to drive value from data, and creating the insights and tools to solve business problems.
Relevant previous experience or a degree with quantitative elements (i.e. includes statistics modules), such as Maths, Physics, Geography, Data Science, Psychology.
Logical thinking and problem solving skills.
Stakeholder management experience and strong communication skills - you will be presenting complex results to less technical audiences.
· Comfortable using programming languages including SQL, Python, and R.
Ability to organise and prioritise own workload, often balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
Take a proactive approach towards your career development, always aiming for improvement and helping others to achieve their best.
Experience in evaluating trials through a robust methodology.
Demonstrable record of delivering results in a commercial or academic environment.
Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
Ability to deal well with ambiguity.
Expertise in working with large structured and unstructured data sets, preferably in Databricks.
