As a Senior TPM in Data & AI, your job is to help build the foundations that make data useful - not theoretical. That means enabling the platforms, pipelines, and capabilities that allow the business to make better decisions, faster, with confidence.
You’ll work closely with Head of Technology & Head of Delivery to turn ambition into something real - something teams can actually use.
You’ll sit at the centre of it all – connecting technology & business teams, creating clarity, and making sure we’re not just building things…but building the right things, in the right way.

Turn complex Data & AI ambitions into clear, executable plans that teams can deliver.
Build and scale core data foundations with Technology and Engineering (platforms, pipelines, capabilities).
Align cross-functional teams and simplify collaboration across boundaries.
Anticipate risks early, remove blockers, and maintain momentum through complexity.
Drive visible progress and ensure outcomes lead to better, data-informed business decisions.
