What you’ll be doing

As an Article Data Administrator, you will:

  • Manage the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of Boots products, ensuring data meets our high standards.

  • Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.

  • Support and coach customers with data requirement queries, enhancing their experience.

  • Produce team and customer KPI reports, providing insights into volumes and rework.

  • Drive process improvements to simplify operations and enhance efficiency.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in data management or a similar role.
