To be successful as an IFC - Devops, you should have experience with:
Proven track record as a DevOps Engineer supporting large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
Proficiency in CI/CD tooling including Gradle, Maven, Docker, and pipeline orchestration via GitLab and Jenkins.
Containerization expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift platforms.
Advanced scripting capabilities across, PowerShell/Bash/Python/Ruby/Java/.NET.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive Infrastructure as Code automation solutions.
Solid understanding of version control systems (Git/GitLab) and build automation tools (Maven, Gradle, Ant, NPM etc).
Experience diagnosing and resolving infrastructure connectivity issues.
Working knowledge of code quality and security platforms including SonarQube and Veracode.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Background in operational automation using Chef configuration management.
Cross-platform experience with both Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
Familiarity with Atlassian collaboration tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, ServiceNow).
Strong incident and problem management capabilities with focus on rapid issue resolution and uptime optimization.
Foundational Java knowledge with proven ability to integrate diverse toolsets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Experience analysing application performance metrics using ELK Stack and AppDynamics.
