JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a high-impact team shaping how customers experience our Lifestyle Products through data, analytics, and AI. You will translate strategy into action, build industry-leading data assets, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Partner across product, design, technology, and modeling to turn insight into impact. Champion data quality, governance, and controls as you elevate our analytics maturity. Lead and develop a diverse team while promoting an inclusive, collaborative culture. 

As the Head of Analytics on the Chase Offers Team, you translate our strategic priorities into a clear data and analytics vision that delivers growth and better customer experiences. You partner with product owners and functional leaders to apply machine learning and AI, automate analytics, and tell a unified story across teams. You build industry-leading data assets, ensure our digital experiences capture the right signals, and continuously improve self-service for product, design, and technology. You lead with influence, communicate complex ideas simply, and drive measurable business impact while upholding strong governance and controls. 

Job responsibilities 

  • Translate strategic priorities into a data and analytics roadmap and outcomes.  
  • Organize and align analytics support for each functional leader and product owner. 
  • Apply machine learning and AI to grow the business, solve problems, and improve customer experiences.  
  • Automate repeatable analyses and elevate data visualization for decision-making. 
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses and partner with Modeling Center of Excellence on predictive models. 
  • Build industry-leading data assets and ensure digital experiences capture essential behavioral signals. 
  • Integrate behavioral, transactional, and customer feedback data to enhance digital journeys and funnel conversion. 
  • Prioritize analytics roadmaps with stakeholders and flex team capacity across priorities. 
  • Influence senior stakeholders, communicate insights clearly, and drive adoption and action.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse analytics team; engage external communities to attract talent. 
  • Own data risks and controls, ensuring data quality, appropriate use, and support of firmwide governance initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6 years of experience as a data or analytics executive or in a closely related field.
  • Experience in financial services, retail, digital, or consulting. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership managing large, diverse teams with a strong coaching and development focus. 
  • Strong influencing and communication skills with senior executives; ability to simplify complex ideas. 
  • Process- and controls-oriented leadership with robust governance and controls understanding. 
  • Strong understanding of business controls and data risk, including data quality and appropriate use. 
  • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities and drive consensus. 
  • Track record of partnering across product, design, technology, and analytics teams to deliver impact.  

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Experience with a Fortune 500, customer-centric brand. 
  • Strong grasp of new technologies, competitive landscapes, and the regulatory environment. 
  • Experience leading model development partnerships for marketing and sales, pricing, and capacity planning use cases. 
  • Experience improving self-service analytics capabilities for product, design, and technology teams. 
  • Experience identifying and resolving funnel friction to improve conversion in digital channels.
  • External engagement with the data science community to build employer brand and attract talent. 
  • Familiarity with cloud migrations and model governance initiatives.
