After recently promoting several SDRs, we are looking to hire a new Sales Development Representative to be part of our sales team who are looking to have maximum impact.

You will play an instrumental role in our success as a business as you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth by being laser-focused on pipeline generation in enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads with senior decision-makers and working closely with experienced Account Executives to convert these opportunities into new business.

We want to hear from individuals who already have significant SDR or Business Development experience (12-24 months) and who are looking to learn new things and take on new challenges, as we live by the principle of hiring exceptional people and empowering them to do the best work of their careers. You’ll have the opportunity to do exactly that as you will be joining a company that has a track-record of promoting high-performing SDRs and there are plenty of talented team members to learn from.

 

✊ Your mission

  • Identify New Business Opportunities with companies who are an ideal profile for our Enterprise Technical Recruitment Solution.
  • Effectively communicate the challenges our personas face and hackajob’s value proposition in a well-organized and thoughtful manner.
  • Generate qualified opportunities each month via a multi-channel approach of cold calls, emails, video, and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to nurture and convert whitepaper leads, as well as feedback on campaigns to optimize our lead generation process.
  • Thoroughly qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening that allows you to uncover their potential pain points and gaps in their current workflow.
  • Take ownership of your prospecting pipeline and ensure strong CRM hygiene by keeping records up to date.

 

👀 The opportunity

You’ll be coached and trained on how to level up in the following areas:

  • Account identification - how to identify and spot triggers that indicate an account has a high chance of converting.
  • Executive presence - how to mirror and match your prospect’s energy to be seen as an equal in the conversation and ask the questions you want. You’ll also be taught how to tailor your messaging depending on the persona e.g. ATL vs BTL
  • Cold calling - you’ll have weekly calling reviews with your manager to feedback on your structure, tonality, discovery questions, and objection handling as well as roleplays.
  • Emailing - you’ll have email audits take place to review and feedback on your messaging and be taught how to personalize at scale and ensure relevancy.
  • On-going weekly sales training with the wider sales team on methodologies to level us up as a team.
