Job Title: Access Management Service Manager (IT)

Job Location: Preston or Frimley. Hybrid- 2 – 3 days a week on site. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Circa £64,000 depending on experience

Role Description:

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for Access Management is responsible for ensuring the reliable, secure and high-quality delivery of the organisation’s authentication and access services. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the SDM oversees day to day service operations, supplier performance, compliance, financial management and continuous improvement within the Access Management domain.

Core Duties:

  • Full accountability for Access Management service performance, stability, availability and operational compliance
  • Oversees daily operations delivered by internal teams and managed service providers
  • Leads supplier governance reviews and ensures contractual performance and cost effectiveness
  • Communicates service health, incidents, risks and changes clearly to senior stakeholders

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in service delivery or service ownership within a complex IT environment
  • Good supplier management and commercial awareness
  • Ability to interpret cyber security policies and apply them to service operations
  • Experience handling incidents, escalations and operational risk
  • Leadership in driving service improvement and delivering against operational KPIs
