As a Product Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking - Markets Technology, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers 
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap 
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition 
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability 
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a data lake evolving into a data mesh, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable value

  • Establish and track KPIs on adoption, data quality, and outcomes; use a work‑backwards approach to translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables
  • Lead cross‑functional execution with engineering, data science, analytics, and stakeholders; align scope/success criteria and oversee platform capabilities and scrum delivery
  • Own and prioritize the backlog, set Definition of Done, and manage releases end‑to‑end (prioritization, sprint planning/reviews, dependency coordination).
  • Validate and test new capabilities (PySpark/Python, SDLC workflows); proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to protect timelines and quality
  • Promote continuous improvement via retros, training, documentation, demos, and communications; apply conversational analytics and agentic AI to enhance reporting and workflows

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area 
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics 
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Coding experience in PySpark and Python, with the ability to comprehend high-level code functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse stakeholders and senior management
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of delivering quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Google Cloud, Azure); certifications 
  • Working knowledge of Data Engineering pipelines, Data Lakes and Data Mesh 
  • Understanding of conversational analytics, agentic ai, GitHub co-pilot
