Data/Reporting Associate – Commercial Real Estate Client Service

Job Summary

As a Data/Reporting Associate in the Commercial Real Estate Client Service team, you deliver targeted analysis and reporting that empowers our business leaders to make informed decisions. You work closely with management to ensure consistency in foundational activities, support process improvements, and contribute to the development of new strategies. You are part of a collaborative, innovative team that values integrity, creativity, and measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable business outcomes through targeted analysis and reporting for senior leadership.
  • Oversee key reporting processes, including SAO, LLM, Navigator Contact Reporting, and ESAP Reporting.
  • Prepare monthly business review reports and ensure consistency in foundational activities.
  • Support ANSR audits, shadowing, and Navigator Contact Reporting to maintain high standards.
  • Assess survey eligibility for cases to enable data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
  • Ensure SharePoint is consistently updated with governance items to maintain organizational integrity and compliance.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop new strategies for the team.
  • Collaborate with business management to articulate and document the Strategic Initiatives team’s story.
  • Facilitate account open summary reports and weekly senior leader case reports.
  • Promote creative problem-solving within the team.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in all reporting activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (Singapore requirement).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, consistent, and actionable reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Professional qualifications from reputable training institutes or professional bodies (Hong Kong requirement).
  • Enhanced Competency Framework certification (if required for region).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in commercial real estate or client service environments.
  • Familiarity with business review reporting and foundational activity tracking.
  • Knowledge of survey design and eligibility assessment.
  • Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions and develop innovative strategies.
  • Experience with governance and compliance processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Ability to articulate and document strategic initiatives effectively.
